How We Actually Teach Design

Most design courses dump theory on you and hope for the best. We start with real projects from day one. You'll work on actual client briefs, get feedback from practicing designers, and build a portfolio that shows real problem-solving skills.

Project-Based Learning

Every lesson connects to a real design challenge. You'll redesign existing apps, create new interfaces from scratch, and solve actual usability problems that companies face daily.

Industry Mentorship

Our instructors currently work at design agencies and tech companies. They bring fresh insights from recent projects and can guide you toward roles that match your interests.

Portfolio Development

By graduation, you'll have 4-6 complete case studies that demonstrate your process, thinking, and ability to create interfaces that users actually want to use.

Start Creating From Week One

Most people think they need months of theory before touching design tools. That's backwards. We hand you a brief on day one and help you figure out solutions as you build them. The confidence comes from doing, not from memorizing design principles.

  • Weekly client projects that mirror real agency work
  • One-on-one feedback sessions with working designers
  • Access to the same tools used by major design teams
  • User testing sessions with actual people, not classmates
  • Portfolio reviews that prepare you for job interviews

Skills That Actually Matter

We focus on what hiring managers look for: clean visual design, solid interaction patterns, and the ability to explain your decisions. Everything else is just noise.

Visual Interface Design

Typography, color systems, layout principles – but applied to real projects, not abstract exercises. You'll learn to make interfaces that look professional and feel intuitive to use.

User Research Integration

How to gather meaningful feedback, run simple usability tests, and iterate based on what you discover. This isn't about becoming a researcher – it's about making better design decisions.

Prototyping & Testing

Build interactive prototypes that communicate your ideas clearly. Learn which fidelity level serves different purposes and how to test ideas quickly before committing to final designs.

Design Systems Thinking

Create consistent, scalable interfaces using component libraries and style guides. This is what separates junior designers from those ready for mid-level positions.

Maya Chen

Program Lead & Senior Designer

Maya spent five years at Taipei-based fintech companies before joining NeuronLogix. She specializes in complex data interfaces and has helped launch three mobile banking apps that are still in active use.

Learn From Active Practitioners

Our instructors aren't just teachers – they're working designers who bring current industry practices into every lesson. Maya reviews portfolios for three different agencies and knows exactly what makes hiring managers pay attention.

Real Industry Connection

Maya maintains relationships with design teams across Taiwan and frequently refers our graduates to open positions. She also brings actual client challenges into our curriculum, so you're solving real problems with real constraints.

What You'll Actually Build

Six months of structured learning, culminating in a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to solve complex interface challenges. Our next cohort starts September 2025.
